What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship nationwide using Cash on Delivery services. It takes 3 - 7 working days at-least to reach the order at your doorstep.
Do You Ship Internationally?
For now we only ship in Pakistan.
Payments
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We use nationwide Cash on Delivery services.
On orders above the value of Rs.35,000 we will need 50% advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be sent.
The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.
Shipping & Returns
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
We have a 15-days return policy,
which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Which includes Refunds, Article Exchange & Size Change.
Refunds are only made if there is a defect in the product or wrong product was sent in the order
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It can take up to 7 working days to be refunded back in your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank company to process and post the refund too.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If the order is not shipped, we can cancel or change your order by informing us prior on our email.
